The Equivalent Effect Concentration (EEC)

This is a working draft of an ECOTOX.SCIENCE Technical Report. It’s purpose is to provide researchers and interested organisations with early access to our work on a new, integrative toxicity metric – the Equivalent Effect Concentration (EEC).

We welcome dissemination of this (and subsequent versions of the report), however it should be understood that it is still very much a work in progress and as such we expect changes (possibly significant) with each revision.  A final version will be released when available and will be submitted to an as yet undecided journal for publication following internal peer review.

While every care has been taken in the derivation of both theoretical and emprical results, the authors provide no assuarance that this document is free from errors. Accordlingly your use and reliance upon any information, results, data, analysis, or interpretation contained herein is entirely at your own risk.
